MEET THE STAFF
Ben (3BG) Gallimore is the founder and lead instructor of 3BG Consulting LLC. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 2010 and, in 2012, successfully completed Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training before being assigned to SEAL Team 5. Over the next 14 years, he served in Naval Special Warfare (NSW) as a Navy SEAL, deploying four times to the Middle East in support of Operation Inherent Resolve and earning numerous commendations.

Ben concluded his SEAL career in 2024 as an instructor at the Advanced Training Command for NSW, where he taught the Level 1 Sniper Course. While still on active duty, he began competing in long-range precision rifle matches, including the National Rifle League and Precision Rifle Series, and continues to compete in elite shooting competitions nationwide.

Today, Ben applies his extensive expertise to provide specialized weapons and tactical training for law enforcement and private security teams. Additionally, he provides high-risk security and executive protection services for high-net-worth individuals and celebrities.
Serge Ducourneau began shooting precision rifles in 2017 as an outlet for his long time interest in firearms. He has since found substantial success competing in National Rifle League, Precision Rifle Series, Rifleman's Team Challenge, and numerous outlaw matches around the country. He has earned multiple wins and podium finishes at every level of competition he has competed in.

Serge shows his commitment to the sport through his work as the cofounder of the San Diego Precision Rifle Club, which currently has over 500 members. He organizes and hosts monthly matches and provides training for the club to strengthen the flourishing community of hobbyist and competitors that call San Diego home.
